Abstract
Spinal angiolipomas are rare benign tumors of the spinal epidural space. They are usually seen at the thoracic region and lumbosacral localization is extremely rare. The surgical removal of spinal angiolipoma has an excellent prognosis regardless of degree of infiltration and surgical resection. We present a case of lumbosacral angiolipoma presented with right sciatica.
